為進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)湖南研究生教育創(chuàng)新工程的實(shí)施，促進(jìn)研究生學(xué)術(shù)交流，提高研究生創(chuàng)新能力，營(yíng)造研究生創(chuàng)新性學(xué)術(shù)氛圍，經(jīng)湖南省學(xué)位辦批準(zhǔn)立項(xiàng)由吉首大學(xué)商學(xué)院承辦的“湖南省第九屆研究生創(chuàng)新論壇——民族藝術(shù)的傳承、創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展分論壇”將于2016年11月（具體日期另行通知）在吉首大學(xué)舉行，現(xiàn)將會(huì)議征文相關(guān)事宜通知如下：

一、論壇簡(jiǎn)介：

音樂(lè)學(xué)、舞蹈學(xué)、美術(shù)學(xué)、設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)、藝術(shù)學(xué)、文學(xué)、民族學(xué)、體育學(xué)、生態(tài)學(xué)、歷史學(xué)、管理學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)。

四、征文對(duì)象：

以省內(nèi)在讀研究生為主，同時(shí)面向國(guó)內(nèi)外在讀研究生。

五、論文要求：

1、論文應(yīng)做到主題鮮明，觀點(diǎn)正確，突出創(chuàng)新，結(jié)構(gòu)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，語(yǔ)言流暢，有較高的理論價(jià)值或?qū)嵺`意義；

2、論文應(yīng)是作者個(gè)人的研究成果，不得抄襲他人作品，已發(fā)表或錄用的論文不予接收；

3、論文按科研論文投稿格式，每篇論文字?jǐn)?shù)為5000字左右，來(lái)稿必須附200～300字的中英文摘要、關(guān)鍵詞、主要參考文獻(xiàn)，注明作者及主要聯(lián)系人姓名、工作單位、詳細(xì)通信地址（包括E-mail地址）與作者簡(jiǎn)介。稿件要求采用word格式排版，A4紙面；

4、版面要求：論文排版以附件2版面格式為準(zhǔn)；

5、提交論文時(shí)請(qǐng)?jiān)谡撐氖醉?yè)的左上角注明所在分論壇名稱；

6、論文無(wú)論錄用與否，均不退稿，請(qǐng)自留底稿；

7、征文截稿日期：2016年10月8日。

1文件類型要求(Typing Instructions)

湖南省第九屆研究生創(chuàng)新論壇為規(guī)范論文的版面，特制作此模板——中文MS Word模板，同時(shí)我們也制定了英文MS Word模板。

1.1提交論文作者須知 (Instructions forAuthor)

根據(jù)出版社編輯加工的需要，每篇論文需提交電子版DOC文檔一份。

2版面要求(Formatting Instructions)

論文排版在A4紙張上。版面居中。這里給出論文版面的詳細(xì)規(guī)范及其說(shuō)明。

2.1 論文長(zhǎng)度要求(Length)

提交論文不得超過(guò)6頁(yè)。

2.2 頁(yè)面和字體設(shè)置(Page/Font Settings)

本文是一個(gè)MS Word中文模板，您可以直接使用此模板，也可以按照要求建立自己的模板。表1和表2分別給出頁(yè)面設(shè)置和字體設(shè)置，請(qǐng)以此作為自己設(shè)置模板的規(guī)范。

2.3 題目及摘要(Title and AbstractSetting)

題目，三號(hào)黑體，加粗，段前空18磅，段后空12磅。

作者五號(hào)宋體占一行。當(dāng)作者為不同單位時(shí)，用羅馬數(shù)字作為上標(biāo)標(biāo)注。

作者單位、所在城市、郵編為五號(hào)宋體占一行，段前空6磅.Email地址五號(hào)，Times New Roman體。當(dāng)有多個(gè)單位時(shí)，按照作者的標(biāo)注順序，列出單位等信息，字體格式如前所述。

摘要、關(guān)鍵詞字體為五號(hào)宋體，“摘要”、“關(guān)鍵詞”兩詞頂頭，五號(hào)黑體。摘要段前空12磅。

中文論文同時(shí)需要提供英文摘要等信息。

英文題目三號(hào)，Times New Roman字體，加粗.段前空18磅，段后空12磅。每個(gè)單詞的第一個(gè)字母大寫，其它字符均為小寫。

作者英文姓名為五號(hào)，Times New Roman字體，占一行。

作者英文單位、地址、城市、郵編，五號(hào)，Times NewRoman字體，占一行，段前空6磅。單位中每個(gè)單詞的第一個(gè)字符大寫，后面字符小寫。

Email地址五號(hào)，Times New Roman體。

英文摘要、關(guān)鍵詞字體為五號(hào)Times New Roman， “Abstract”，“Key word”加粗，“Abstract”段前空12磅，“Key word”段后18磅。對(duì)于英文文章，中文摘要的最后“關(guān)鍵字”段后18磅。

以上均為單倍行距。

2.4 標(biāo)題 (Section and SubsectionHeadings)

標(biāo)題居左、頂頭，并同時(shí)提供英文標(biāo)題。節(jié)號(hào)用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字1， 2。……連續(xù)地排，下一級(jí)標(biāo)題的節(jié)號(hào)要包含上一級(jí)標(biāo)題的節(jié)號(hào)，用“.”分隔，格式如上行。

一級(jí)標(biāo)題中文為四號(hào)黑體，英文為四號(hào)Times New Roman體。英文標(biāo)題大寫。段前、后各空6磅。

二級(jí)及二級(jí)以下標(biāo)題中文為5號(hào)黑體，英文為五號(hào)Times New Roman體。英文標(biāo)題首字母大寫，其它小寫。段前、后各空6磅。

以上均為單倍行距。

2.5 正文(Main Text)

正文版面為A4紙，采用五號(hào)宋體，正文中的英文為五號(hào)Times New Roman體。段頭空兩個(gè)中文字，單倍行距，段后空2磅。

2.6 表格(Tables)

表的標(biāo)題位于表上方，居中，小五號(hào)黑體，段前、后各空6磅。表的序號(hào)用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字。表中文字為中文小五號(hào)宋體或者英文小五號(hào)TimesNew Roman體。表格上、下邊框?yàn)殡p線，左、右無(wú)邊框，表內(nèi)用單線分隔。

2.7 圖(Figures)

圖的標(biāo)題位于圖的下方，居中，小五號(hào)黑體，段前、后各空6磅.圖的序號(hào)用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字。圖形盡可能放置在文中提到的段落后面。為了使圖形更加清晰，請(qǐng)用原始圖或者照片。

2.8 數(shù)學(xué)公式(Mathematical Formulas)

數(shù)學(xué)公式居中，根據(jù)需要可以添加公式編號(hào)。

2.9 參考文獻(xiàn)(References)

參考文獻(xiàn)按照文中出現(xiàn)的順序排列。排列序號(hào)為方括號(hào)中插入阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字，例如“[1]”。

“參考文獻(xiàn)”四個(gè)字為四號(hào)黑體，居左頂頭，占一行。段前空12磅，段后空6磅。

中文參考文獻(xiàn)為五號(hào)宋體，英文參考文獻(xiàn)為五號(hào)Times New Roman體。段頭不空，懸掛式縮進(jìn)0.57cm，單倍行距，段后空2磅。

參考文獻(xiàn)為期刊論文時(shí)，每篇論文包括作者、題名、刊名、卷、期、頁(yè)、出版年信息；參考文獻(xiàn)為專著時(shí)，每本專著包括著者、書名、版本、出版地、出版者、出版年信息。具體形式可參見(jiàn)本文中參考文獻(xiàn)樣例。

3注意事項(xiàng)(Checklist)

l標(biāo)題不要落在頁(yè)面的底部；

l文中要保持行距一致；

l圖、表最好放置在文中提到的段落附近；

l文中不需要插入頁(yè)碼；

l正文中的第一行不要?jiǎng)h除，否則腳注將被刪除。

2  FORMATTINGINSTRUCTIONS

2.1Length

The maximumallowed number of pages is 6.

2.2Page/FontSettings

It is stronglyrecommended that prospective authors download templates for use withMS Word.

Templates provided here have been createdto ensure that margin requirement is adequately met. If, for some reason, youare not able to use provided templates, please observe the following marginsand font settings strictly.

2.3Section and Subsection Headings

Number section andsubsection headings consecutively in Arabic numbers and type them in bold.Avoid using too many capital letters. If any further subdivision of asubsection is needed the titles should be 10.5point and flushed left.

2.4Main Text

Use Times New Romanwith font size 10.5 point for text (character size).Paragraphs are separated by 6 point and with no indentation.You may type on plain white A4 paper.

2.5Tables

All tables must be centered in the column and numberedconsecutively (in Arabic numbers).  Table headings should be placed abovethe table. Place tables as close as possible to where they are mentioned in themain text (see Table1 andTable2).

2.6Figures

All illustrations should be originaldrawings or photographic prints of originals.  Photographs should beglossy prints. Photocopies are often not good enough and should beavoided.  All illustrations must be numbered consecutively, using Arabicnumbers.Center figure captions beneath the figure(see Figure 1).  If possible, do not assemble figures at the back of yourarticle, but place them as close as possible to where they are mentioned in themain text. No part of a figure should go beyond the typing area. Captionsshould appear below graphical objects, as in Figure 1.

Color andgrayscale figures should be prepared with 400 dpi resolution and  savedwith no compression, monochrome figure should be prepared with 600 dpiresolution and saved with no compression.

2.7Mathematical Formulas

Mathematical formulas should be roughly centered andhave to be numbered as formula (1).

Number citationsconsecutively in square brackets [1]. The sentence punctuation follows thebrackets [2].

Please note that thereferences at the end of this document are in the preferred referencing style.Give all authors’ names; do not use “et al.” unless there are sixauthors or more. Use a space after authors' initials.
